Black History Month Drop-In

  • Wornall-Majors Museum 6115 Wornall Road Kansas City, MO, 64113 United States (map)

Black individuals were enslaved by the Wornall family at the John Wornall House. Join us on the first day of Black History Month to remember them and learn about their lives. This drop-in style event will include our Black experience audio guide, artifacts relating to enslavement, and honest discussions about enslavement in Missouri. While we discuss this topic daily at the museum, Black History Month is the perfect chance to learn something new. This event is perfect for people of all ages.

Walk-in are welcome. Let us know you are coming at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/black-history-month-drop-in-tickets-507908176027
